Frederick Funston, U.S. Army General, was born in 1865 and died in 1917. He fought in Cuba in 1896 with the Cubans, and in the Philippine Campaign, capturing their leader, Emilio Aguinaldo. Albert T. Reid was born on August 12, 1873 at Concordia (Cloud County), Kansas.
